RAISA
Raisa has spent twenty years in fine dining — and about ten of them building Impronta Venezia, the contemporary Venetian table she founded in Dorsoduro, and one of the district's most beloved addresses. RARO is her second chapter: smaller, quieter, more intimate. The same philosophy, distilled.
ROMAN
At her side, as co-founder Roman leads the room as manager and sommelier. A decade of fine dining behind him, and an all-Italian cellar in front of him — dozens of labels from north to south, still wines, bollicine and Champagne, chosen bottle by bottle. Ask him anything: he has already thought about it.

RARO did not appear from nowhere. It grows from the story Raisa began about ten years ago with IMPRONTA Venezia: contemporary Venetian cuisine, genuine hospitality, and a room that feels like a secret even when it is full. If RARO is the quiet evening, Impronta is its lively sibling. Two addresses, one family.
