1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why

a) Contact form. If you write to us through the Site's contact form, we collect: your email address and the message you leave us. Your first and last name are optional. We use this information only to reply to your questions or requests — nothing else.

b) Reservations (Plateform). Table reservations are managed through Plateform (plateform.app), a third-party booking platform. When you click "Book a Table" you are redirected to Plateform, which processes your reservation data under its own privacy policy and shares with us only what is needed to host your table.

c) Technical data & cookies (Wix). The Site is hosted on Wix.com. Like virtually all websites, Wix automatically collects certain technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type, device, pages visited) and uses cookies to make the Site work and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used. Details are in Wix's privacy policy (wix.com/about/privacy) and in our cookie notice.

3. What we do NOT do with your data

To be perfectly clear:

We do not use your contact-form data for marketing, newsletters or advertising.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
We do not build profiles of you or use automated decision-making.

4. Legal bases (GDPR, Art. 6)

Contact form: to respond to your request — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Reservations: to perform the contract of hosting you — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Technical operation & security of the Site: our legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Non-technical cookies: your consent, given via the cookie banner — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

5. Who we share your data with

Only with the providers strictly needed to run the Site and the service: Wix (hosting), Plateform (reservations), and public authorities where required by law. No one else.

6. International transfers

Wix may store data on servers outside the European Economic Area, under appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) as described in Wix's privacy policy.

7. How long we keep your data

Contact-form messages: until your request is handled and for no longer than 12 months afterwards.
Reservation data: as long as needed to manage your booking and fulfil legal/accounting obligations.
Technical data and cookies: as described in the respective policies.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR (Arts. 15–22) you may ask us, at any time, to access, correct, delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy of it. Write to [email address]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The connection to the Site is encrypted (HTTPS).

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above always shows the latest version.
